Every eligible account gets a unique referral link as soon as you sign up. Your invited friend receives 10 free credits the moment they sign up with it. You receive 10 free credits too, once per friend, when that friend generates their first document or makes their first payment, whichever comes first. Rewards are limited to 10 friends per calendar month (Pacific time). Credits are general: spend them on any document, the same as a purchased credit.

How much does I start Monday cost?

Credits pay only for document generation: a CV costs 0.3 credits, a Cover Letter 0.2, an Annual Plan 0.5, and an Interview Cheat Sheet 0.4. Generating a CV and Cover Letter together costs 0.4 credits. Searching for jobs and reviewing match scores never uses credits.
How does the referral program work?

The reward is given once per friend and for up to 10 friends per calendar month (Pacific time). Credits are general and spend the same way as purchased credits, but the reward itself is not cash and cannot be transferred.
How do I pay?
Stripe is the only payment method I start Monday offers. Once you create a free account, you can purchase a credit package from Usage & Billing inside the app; payment itself is completed on Stripe's own hosted checkout page, so card details never reach I start Monday systems.
Do you accept promo codes?
Yes. Enter a promo code in Usage & Billing at checkout, before you pay. It applies as either a percentage or a fixed-amount discount, depending on the campaign, and only one code applies per purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of purchase if none of the credits from that purchase have been used. Email support@istartmonday.com.
